Getting a Grip on CINEMA 4D
This tutorial section of the CINEMA 4D context-sensitive help demonstrates how to use various functions within CINEMA 4D. We have provided practical examples with which we the basics of using CINEMA 4D and how numerous functions within the application are demonstrated. While the CINEMA 4D documentation explains what objects, functions and tools are and the parameters they offer, the tutorials in this section give you the opportunity to try all of this out on real CINEMA 4D files, prepared especially for use with these tutorials. You will also be shown how to work even more efficiently in CINEMA 4D.
Each chapter was authored by a specialist in that particular field. These specialists are active internationally in the fields of software development, beta testing and production.
These tutorials are meant as a learning supplement and we hope they inspire users to new heights. The workflows and methods described represent only a single method of how a project can be completed or a function implemented. However, CINEMA 4D is very flexible and offers numerous methods of achieving a desired result. An object can, for example, be modeled using polygons or using Splines and NURBS objects – two methods of achieving the same result. This also applies to other areas of 3D as well, for example when creating materials or animating objects.
